Silvia GAUL
Silvia (maiden name TREML) was born in Vorarlberg/Austria. After her formal education and graduating from a catholic girls’ commercial school, she started working at several Austrian and Liechtenstein companies in commercial administration, sales business, IT project development, marketing and commercial promotion until she got the job of executive secretary and personal aid to the CEO of a larger company in Liechtstein.
After meeting and marrying Roland GAUL, she decided to give up her own job and move to Luxembourg, where she founded Gaul`s Legacy Tours in 2016.
Drawing on her previous career in the commercial and PA fields, skilled and creative in advertising and promotion, she handles Gaul’s Legacy Tours’ relations with clients, the entire range of logistics and tour - and social media development.
On numerous occasions, she is also the company's driver for individual and family tailored tours.
As a tour manager, she often handles larger tours for foreign tour operators and travel agencies. While on the tour, Silvia also frequently acts as a "balance" for wives and ladies, when the "legacy" become too technical.
In November 2019 Silvia was largely responsible for the execution and implementation of "Thanksgiving Day 1944-2019" on the 75th anniversary of the "Battle of the Bulge" in Luxembourg, where she coordinated the logistics and reenactor groups. The overall event became a huge success and it was attended by high ranking Luxembourg and American VIP’s.
Her native language is German, but she is also fluent in English, Luxembourgish and has good working command of French, Spanish and Italian.
